This Lions of Saskatchewan project has been developed to draw attention to "Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy". The purpose is to raise funds for the Saskatchewan Heart & Stroke Foundation and to educate young athletes, their parents and their coaches.

FredPerry020808(born January 5, 1975 in Fort Smith, Arkansas) is a Canadian football defensive end who is currently a free agent. Perry most recently played for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers where his success was limited due to injury.

 

Fred Perry played professional football for 10 years in both the CFL and NFL. Hard work and dedication resulted in Fred being named a CFL All-Star in both the 2005/2006 and 2006/2007 seasons. In addition, Fred was an integral part of the Grey Cup Champion Saskatchewan Roughriders in 2007.

In early 2014, Fred decided to pursue his love for fitness and created Team High Performance with the goal of offering affordable programs for all fitness levels.Fred is currently working towards his certification in Personal Training and Advance Sports and Exercise Nutrition, which enables him to offer both fitness and nutrition advice to his clients.
